- 50 g (2.5 tablespoons) sugar.
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Juice of 1/4 lemon.
- 1 tablespoon butter.
- 2 eggs.
- 90 g (4.5 tablespoons) sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
- 110 g melted butter.
- 1/5 teaspoon baking powder.
- 280 g (2.1 cups) flour.
- I use T-500 flour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (356 F) for 20-25 minutes.
- Oven settings: top and bottom heat.
