Making Pasta in the Tetons & Exploring Jackson Hole

Spend the day with us on the ninth stop of our cross country road trip, Teton National Park in Jackson WY - This was just one day out of our month long stay in Wyoming - full video coming soon!

We stayed at Fireside Buffalo Valley RV Resort in Moran WY, just outside Jackson WY.

We visited Jackson WY, where we shopped, ate a delicious lunch, played pool and got a drink at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, and on our way back to the RV, I made pasta right under the Tetons - one of my favorite spots so far!

For dinner, I made Lemon Chicken to pair with the fresh cavatelli which we enjoyed with our friends who we were visiting while in town!

Lemon Chicken: seasoned with Kinder's Salt, Pepper & Garlic plus I added Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, and cooked it in a cast iron and set aside. I added butter to the pan, along with garlic and then a drizzle of white wine to help deglaze before adding some cream, parmigiano reggiano & the fresh(cooked) cavatelli! Topped it off with more cheese and lemon zest for the perfect dish-
