• 4 eggs

• 1 tsp yeast
• 250g High-gluten flour
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• Knead for 5 minutes and slap-knead for 3 minutes
• Grease the mold with butter.
• Proof until the dough rises to about 80% of the container's capacity.
• Brush with egg yolk wash
• Cover with heat-resistant plastic wrap or another suitable covering.
• Steam for 45 minutes (start timing once the water boils).
