A very easy and healthy oats cake (use chocolate with no added sugar if you can)
I love oats recipes very much and there are many of them on my channel. This chocolate and orange oats cake can be prepared sugar-free in just 10 minutes.
A recipe suitable for everyone, including vegans!

- 100 g rolled oats / 1 cup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- pinch of salt
- grated peel from an orange
- 60 ml orange juice / 4 tbsp
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 250 ml almond milk / 1 cup
- 2 tbsp carob powder / or cocoa
- 5 g baking powder / 1 teaspoon
- Topping:
- 75 g chocolate (with no added sugar) / 2.65 oz
- 1 tsp coconut oil / or vegetable oil
- coconut flakes (optional)
- 22 x 16 cm (8.7 x 6.3 inches)
- bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C /360°F
