2-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse. A creamy chocolate mousse that takes only two ingredients and a few minutes to make! So smooth and delicious!

Note: I recommend using good quality chocolate with about 30 to 50% cocoa solids. The final consistency may vary depending on the percentage of cocoa solids in the chocolate.

For dark chocolate (more than 60% cocoa solids), reduce the amount to about 5oz (140g).
