In this video, we're going to show you how to make a simple Lemon Cake in minutes! It's a great way to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in just a few minutes!

🍰 Ingredients:

Lemon cake

1 cup sugar

1 tbsp lemon zest

1/2 cup butter

2 tbsp oil

3 eggs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

1 & 1/4 cup flouf

1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup milk

1 cup icing sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp milk

Measuring cup size - 250ml

Bake in a preheated Oven at 160c for 50 to 60 minutes
