• 80 ml coconut oil/ or your choice (1/3 cup)
• 60 ml milk/ plant milk(1/4 cup)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice/ or orange
• 120 g cake flour(~1 cup)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 50 g dried cranberries(~ 1/3 cup)
• bake 30-35 minutes at 170°C/ 340°F
