- 160 ml (2/3 cup) hot water
- Leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sweetener (stevia or your choice)
- 150 g (1/2 cup) yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 40 g (1/3 cup) nuts
- 100 g (3.5 oz) prunes
- Bake 45-50 minutes at 180°C / 360°F
