🥔🍗 Ingredients:

7 potatoes.

1 onion.

1 carrot.

2 cloves of garlic.

1 egg.

Salt and pepper.

2 tbsp flour.

Oil.

Make thin pancakes.

Repeat with the rest.

1 fillet.

Oil.

Fry until golden brown.

Salt and pepper.

1 tsp galic powder.

1 tsp tumeric.

1 onion.

Oil.

Butter.

200 g (7 oz) mushrooms.

Salt and pepper.

1/2 cup heavy cream.

Let the cream thicken.

Put chicken in a bowl.

Add mushrooms.

Spring onions.

Mozzarella cheese.

Put hashbrowns in a baking dish.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 180°C/356°F for 5 minutes.

1 cucumber.

1 tomato.

1/2 red onion.

Salad mix.

Salt and pepper.

Olive oil.

Sprinkle with spring onions.
