• Brush with aromatic oil
• Repeath oth the other side
• 1 onion
• Oil
• 150 g (0.3 lb) bacon
• Fry until golden brown
• 150 g (0.3 lb) Mozzarella cheese
• Add cheese
• Parsley
• Put the filling inside
• Oil
• Fry for 5 minutes
• Put in a baking tray
• Cover with wet parchment
• Bake at 200°C/392°F for 30 minutes
• 1 zucchini
• 1 red onion
• 1 pepper
• Oil
• Salt
• Black pepper
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• Oil
• Fry until golden brown on both sides
