- 60 g sweetener(erythritol, stevia, etc) 1/4 cup
- 60 g yogurt (1/4 cup)
- 60 ml vegetable oil(1/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon orange extract/ lemon extract
- 225 g wheat semolina(1 1/4 cup)
- 5 g baking powder(1 teaspoon)
- cover with plastic film and leave for 10 minutes
- powdered sugar
- bake 10-15 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
