• 2 bags peanut butter cookie mix
• Softened butter or margarine
• Creamy peanut butter
• 1–2 tbsp water
• Chocolate Fudge frosting
• Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped

אופן ההכנה

1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter cookie mix (Disregard the package instructions.), 1/4 cup softened butter or margarine, 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, and 1-2 tablespoons of water. Mix until a moist, slightly sticky dough forms, adding more water only if needed.
2. Divide the dough into 8 large cookies. Roll into balls and press into 3-inch circles.
3. Bake at 350°F for 13–14 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely (peanut butter cookies are especially fragile when hot and firm up as they cool).
4. Set aside a small amount of peanut butter for drizzling. Mix the remaining peanut butter with chocolate frosting to taste. Microwave briefly to soften until pipeable.
5. Unwrap and chop the Reese’s peanut butter cups.
6. To assemble, swirl the chocolate peanut butter frosting onto each cooled cookie. Warm the reserved peanut butter and drizzle over the top, then finish with chopped Reese’s cups.
