• *Fish:**
• 2 mackerel
• 30 ml oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• black pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• lemon juice
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Brush the fish with the prepared sauce.
• *Vegetables:**
• 2 onions
• oil
• 1 carrot
• salt and pepper
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 150 ml water
• Place the fish on a baking tray.
• Spread the carrot and onion mixture on top.
• Add parsley and sesame seeds.
• Bake for **30–35 minutes at 180°C / 356°F**.
• *Salad:**
• 1 zucchini
• 2 cucumbers
• dill
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• black pepper
• olive oil
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• lemon juice
• Mix everything well.
• Serve with bread.
