✅ Ingredients for the mini meatballs:

Onion – ½.

Ground meat (any mix) – 400 g (14 oz).

Garlic – 1 clove.

Dried basil – 1/2 teaspoon.

Salt – 1/3 teaspoon.

Black pepper – to taste.

Breadcrumbs – 1.5 tablespoons.

Egg yolk – 1.

Parmesan – 15 g (0.5 oz).

Any refined oil for frying.

✅ For the sauce and pasta:

All-purpose flour – 2 tablespoons.

Chicken or beef broth – 450 ml (2 cups).

Heavy cream 20–30 % – 200 ml (3/4 cup).

Soy sauce – 2 teaspoons.

Grated Parmesan – 20 g (0.7 oz).

Salt – to taste.

Black pepper – to taste.

Any pasta (I used fusilli) – 200 g (7 oz).
