2 chicken breasts (cut into halves)

10 oz (280 g) fusilli pasta

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)
