In this video we bought one of the most expensive fish in the world called sturgeon!

1 kg of this fish costs 100 dollars! In this video we bought 12 kg of fish and fried this fish in an unusual way in an iron round oven called Azerbaijani saj!

And in this saj we baked Azerbaijani fatir bread!

While filming this video it started to rain, and after the rain the next day we cooked fish head soup from the huge head of this fish!
