In 300 ml of warm water add 1 tsp of salt.

Stir until the salt is completely dissolved.

Add 1 egg and mix.

Add 550 g of wheat flour.

Knead the dough with your hands.

Cover the dough for 15 minutes.

Finely chop 50 g of green onions.

Finely chop 30 g of parsley.

Add 1 tsp of salt (4g) and 1/2 tsp of black pepper, stir.

Divide the dough into 16 pieces.

Make dough balls.

Cover the dough and leave for 15 minutes.

Melt 100 g of butter in the microwave.

Roll out each ball to a diameter of 25 cm.

Make an envelope.

Spread the filling, then put a layer of dough on top.

Press down a little with your hands and cut the dough into 6 pieces.

Roll up the dough strips into a tight roll.

Prepare all the dough in this way.

Roll out to 15 cm in diameter.
