• Step-by-step recipe:
• This is a very tasty and soft milk bread recipe;
• Add 200 ml warm water and 90 ml of warm milk;
• Add 20 ml of vegetable oil and 20 g of sugar;
• Add 1 teaspoon of salt, mix well;
• Add 10 g of dry yeast and mix;
• Add 3/4 of 480 g flour;
• Stir the dough with a spoon;
• Add the remaining 1/4 of flour;
• Knead the dough with your hands until smooth;
• Cover the dough and let rise for 45 minutes;
• Grease the mold with 1 tbsp of olive oil;
• Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out lightly to the size of the bread mold;
• Cover with cling film for 20 minutes;
• Lightly release the air with a fork or toothpick;
• Separate the egg yolk;
• Brush the top of the dough with egg yolk;
• Sprinkle with sesame or flax seeds;
• Bake at 200 °C for about 30-35 minutes;
