- 1/3 cup oil ( 80 ml )
- 1 tbsp vinegar ( 15 ml )
- 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour ( 188 g )
- 1 cup sugar ( 200g )
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- for the chocolate sauce:
- 1 can cream ( 150g ) you can use 150g whipping cream
- 100g chopped chocolate
- baking tin size 24 cm
- Measuring cup = 250ml
- bake at 170c for 30 to 35 mins
