- Marble cake
- 4 eggs
- 300 g sugar (1 ½ cups)
- 8 g vanilla sugar (2 tsp – usually one small packet)
- 180 ml oil (¾ cup – neutral oil like sunflower or canola)
- 250 ml milk (1 cup)
- 375 g all-purpose flour (3 cups)
- 12 g baking powder (1 tbsp)
- 22 g unsweetened cocoa powder (¼ cup)
- 30 ml milk (2 tbsp – extra for mixing with cocoa)
- Measuring cup size - 250ml
- Bake in a preheated Oven at 160c for 50 to 60 minutes
