- 2 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 170 g yogurt at room temperature(1/2 cup)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 6 Oreo cookies
- bake 15 minutes at 190°C/380°F
- refrigerate for 1 hour
