After experimenting with a few different honey Cake recipes I found the perfect one. It is so simple to make and whip up. I do everything in a stand mixer but this can all be done with a whisk by hand. The recipe lends to a moist and fluffy Honey Cake. Hope you enjoy this recipe and make it for your family this Rosh Hashana.

🐝 Recipe:

2 Eggs

3/4 Cup of Sugar

2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 Cup Oil

1 Cup Honey

1 Tsp Cinnamon

Dash of Salt

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

2 Cups of All Purpose Flour

1 Cup of Coffee

Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes.
