This simple chocolate pudding recipe is so easy to make and really delicious. Rich chocolate pudding with a delicious chocolate sauce.

For the Cake.

125g / 4.4oz Plain Flour 0.08

100g / 3.5oz Sugar 0.12

25g / 0.8oz Cocoa Powder 0.28

2 tsp Baking Powder 0.06

½ tsp Salt 0.00

60g / 2.1 oz Butter 0.46

175ml Milk 0.10

For the sauce.

80g / 2.8oz Sugar 0.10

100g / 3.5oz Light Brown Sugar 0.36

20g / 0.7oz Cocoa Powder 0.24

300ml Boiling water 0.00

Total Cost 1.80

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together in a bowl. Melt the butter and add it and the milk to the dry ingredients and mix well.

In another bowl add the sugar, light brown sugar and cocoa powder and mix well together.

Pour the wet mix into a baking tray and sprinkle the sugar and cocoa mix on top. Pour the boiling water over the top.

Bake in the oven at 180c / 356f / Gas mark 4 for about 30 mins.
