על המתכון
Ever seen an omelet fold into a perfect "envelope" with a juicy surprise inside? This Thai Stuffed Omelet is one of those dishes that looks fancy, but is actually quick, simple, and beginner-friendly. The egg wrap stays soft and silky, while the filling turns super juicy and flavorful thanks to ground meat, baby corn, peas, tomato, and classic Thai sauces. No special tools, no complicated steps – just a smart folding trick that makes the omelet hold the filling like a neat pocket. Watch the full video, cook along in under 20 minutes, and get a Thai street-food vibe right at home. This classic is also known as Kai Yat Sai – and once you try it, you will want it on repeat.
