- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- 5-6 potatoes.
- 1 tsp salt.
- Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
- Melted butter.
- Parsley.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1/2 lemon juice.
- Mash.
- Put melted butter on top.
- Parmesan cheese.
- Fix chicken with skewers.
- Bake at 200°C/392°F for 30 minutes.

- 2-3 tomatoes.
- 1/2 red onion.
- Salt and pepper.
