Ingredients for the artichoke:

One bag of frozen artichoke

1.5 pound ground chicken, half white half dark

Salt

Pepper

1 teaspoon red paprika

1 teaspoon Turmeric

Half tablespoon allspice

One tablespoon meatball seasoning

One shredded sweet potato

One big shredded squash

One onion chopped small squeezed from liquid

Three cloves of garlic minced

1 tablespoon oil

Half bunch of chopped parsley and half bunch of chopped cilantro

Half tablespoon baking powder

One egg

4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

For frying:

Flour, eggs with salt pepper and a little paprika

Ingredients for Sauce:

One onion chopped small

One leek chopped small

Four sticks of celery chopped small

Bunch of celery leaves chopped small

Five garlic cloves chopped small

Juice from whole lemon

One red fresh chili chopped

Salt pepper

Turmeric

Chicken soup powder

consume

Red paprika

Boiling water

Three garlic cloves minced
