1. Turn on oven to 170 degrees heat. Sift 300 grams of flour and set aside.
2. Mix 400 grams of butter at room temperature, 200 grams of powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and 2 yolks.
3. Add the crushed flour, 300 grams of cornstarch and continue to mix until soft and even dough is obtained. Collect the ball, cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator for a two-hour rest.
4. After two hours find the dough out of the fridge, it is a bit crumbly and that's fine. Flour the work surface, put the dough slightly, and roll with a rolling pin to a uniform height. Crease circles in diameter (want 5 or 7 cm). Line a baking sheet and transfer the dough circles to the mold.
5. Bake for about 12 minutes / until you see that the cookies are not bright and bright. (Be careful not to leave the cookies excessively in the oven. The cookie should be light in color (as in the picture).
6. When the cookies reach room temperature, milk jam generously on one cookie, on the side of the pan, add another cookie and roll in the coconut.
