FULL RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS (16 cookies):
2/3 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup (those who like it less sweet, add 1/4 cup)
1/3 cup pecans, chopped (about 35 gram)
2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt
אופן ההכנה
- In a large bowl, add peanut butter, maple and vanilla extract. Mix with a fork for 2-3 minutes.
- Add almond flour, chopped pecans and a bit of kosher salt. Mix for 2 minutes. Until well combined.
- Wrap the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and place baking sheet on a baking tray.
- Scoop the dough with your hands or cookie scoop and roll into a ball.
- Flatten each cookie with your fingers and then with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the pan at least 15 minutes.
