• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp milk
• 60 g (¼ cup) butter, softened
• 170 g (1⅓ cups + 1 tbsp) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• A handful of fresh blueberries
• Baking:
• 180°C / 350°F for approximately 15 minutes.
• The cookies should be lightly golden, tender and fragrant, with a juicy blueberry in the center.
