🍪 Recipe (grams + cups):

100 g butter (½ cup)

60 g powdered sugar (½ cup)

1 egg yolk

A pinch of salt

160 g flour (1¼ cups)

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional for deeper color)

Red gel food coloring

Twist the dough into candy canes and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes.
