• 1 15.25 oz. box Pillsbury Traditional Yellow Cake Mix
• 7 tbsp oil (a little under ½ cup)
• ½ cup unsweetened applesauce or 2 eggs
• Graham cracker pie crust (crumbled into crumbs)
• 1 8 oz. tub Pillsbury Cream Cheese Frosting
• Raspberry preserves

אופן ההכנה

1. Crumble the graham cracker pie crust into fine crumbs. In a bowl, mix: Cake mix, Oil, Applesauce (or eggs), ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
2. Cover the dough and chill 1–2 hours.
3. Divide into 8 large cookies. Roll in more graham crumbs and shape into 3-inch wide, ½-inch thick pucks.
4. Bake at 350°F for 14 min. Let cool completely.
5. Top with Pillsbury cream cheese frosting. Optional: press the frosted side onto parchment + freeze for a smooth bakery-style finish.
6. Add a spoonful of raspberry preserves on top.
7. Soft, rich, cheesecake-y, and a dangerously close dupe 😌💗
