My friend taught me how to prepare pork tenderloin so deliciously, and now this is one of my favorite ways to cook it.

The pork tenderloin turns out incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavor. This dish is simple to prepare, but it looks and tastes like something from a restaurant. Perfect for a family dinner, a weekend meal, or when you want to surprise your guests with something really delicious.

900 g (2 lb) pork tenderloin
Leave to marinate
2 onions
Oil
3 cloves of garlic
Fry for 3-4 minutes

Fry for 2-3 minutes per side

400 g (0.9 lb) yeast puff pastry
Roll the dough
200 g (0.4 lb) bacon
Place the pork on the top
Fried onion
100 g (0.2 lb) cheese
Wrap the meat
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper
Separate the yolk
1 tbsp of milk
Brush the whole roll with egg yolk
Sprinkle with sesame
Bake at 200°C/392°F for 40-55 minutes

1 zucchini
1 tsp salt
100 ml water

1 red bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Black pepper
100 ml tomato paste
50 ml water
Pour the sauce over the vegetables
2 cloves of garlic
Cover and cook for 10 minutes
