- 2 pounds fillet of Salomon or Sol or Cod ... or mix of two or three of them.
- Wide and low Pan...
- Sauce :
- Red peppers cut into stripes should cover the bottom of the pan
- 2-5 jalapeño depends on how spicy you like it
- A whole head of garlic separated to cloves
- 2 Bunch of cilantro chopped big
- Lemon
- Salt
- Half cup paprika
- 1/2 spoon turmeric
- One cup of vegetable oil
