2 pound ground fish 1.5 cod + 1/2 Salomon

1small onion chopped small

Half a bunch of parsley chopped small

Half a bunch of cilantro chopped small

1/2 cup bread crumbs

3-5 garlic cloves minced

1 tblspoon olive oil

1 tspoon red paprika

Half tspoon salt

1/4 tspoon black pepper

1 spoon chicken powder

1 egg

Sauce:

Oil

One garlic head separated for cloves

1 big red bell pepper

1 Jalapeño

1 hot red pepper

Half bunch parsley chopped big

Half bunch cilantro chopped big

2-3 stalks of chard chopped

3 slices of preserved lemon

One tablespoon tomato paste

1 tablespoon chicken powder

1tablespoon red paprika

1/4 spoon black pepper

Half spoon turmeric

Half spoon sugar

1.5 cup hot water

1/4 spoon salt or by the taste
