Lagman Soup Recipe/ How to make Uzbek Noodle Soup.

Noodles

Lamb cut into medium cubes

1 onion

5 garlic cloves sliced

1 green pepper cubed

1 red pepper cubed

2 celery sticks sliced

3 carrots cubed

1 tomato diced

1 can of tomato sauce

1/3 cup of oil for frying

String beans

Seasoning:

2 tsp chicken consome

2 tsp salt

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

Dash of turmeric

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp of Oregano

1 tsp black pepper

3-4 bay leaves
