Following our recent feast, I wanted to share a closer look at the incredible spirit of Georgian cooking.

Georgian cuisine is a true celebration of fresh herbs and bold flavours. It’s been absolutely amazing to see how they take simple, wild ingredients and turn them into such vibrant, wholesome meals. From the high mountains right down to the kitchen table, every dish tells a story of heritage and heart.

I’ve felt so inspired by the way they use greens and spices - it’s a totally different way of thinking about ‘fast food.’ This journey has been a massive highlight for me, and I’m so excited for you to see the magic behind these recipes!
