Passover Meat and Potato Patties/ Kosher for Passover/ Kosher for Pesach Recipies/ Gluten free/Sonyas Prep

This was a highly requested recipe. Very simple to make and super delicious!!

Boil 5 large potatoes, drain completely and mash with S/P.

In a separate pan, brown 1 large onion with about a pound of beef. Season with S/P.

Take a tbsp of mash and roll into a ball. Place meat filling in the middle.

Fry on both sides.
