- 240 ml hot water (1 cup)
- leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
- 2 eggs
- 30 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 120 g greek yogurt(1/2 cup)
- 50 g melted and cooled butter(~1/4 cup)
- 80 g chopped pinneapple(1/2 cup)
- 70 g blueberries(1/2 cup)
- 1 tbsp oat flour/ or your choice
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- bake 50-55 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
