Episode 2: How many dinners can I make for $40?

The budget challenge continues, and today I put another recipe to the test. This one is Chicken Spaghetti, originally posted by @cookinginthemidwest. I had to make a couple of adjustments to his version, but it still worked out great.

Here's what I picked up for this one:

A box of spaghetti

A can of diced tomatoes

A can of cream of chicken

1 packet of ranch dressing mix

Still stretching that $40 as far as it'll go, and this recipe pulled its weight. Stick around to see how many dinners I can pull off before the money runs out.
