I have compiled 4 easy weeknight meals that were a hit in my house. Hope you will try these recipes. If you do please leave me a comment down below and let me know how they turned out.

BBQ chicken wings:

Family pack chicken wings

Season with 2 tablespoons of corn starch or flour, s/p, garlic powder, kabob seasoning and grill chicken seasoning. Coat the wings. Lay in a single layer on tray and broil on each side until crispy.

Sauce: Dougies wing sauce, ketchup and honey.

Meat pockets(chibureki):

Sauté onion and minced meat. Season with s/p and garlic powder. Fill into egg roll wrappers and deep fry

Minced meat and potatoes:

Sauté onion and minced meat. Season with s/p and garlic powder. Add a small can of tomato sauce and a cup of water. Once it comes to a boil add cubed potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes.

Meatballs and potatoes:

2 cups mixed meat

1/2 cup rice

Grated onion, apple and tomato.

Small can of tomato sauce

Greens of choice.

Matbucha:

Sauté tomatoes pepper and garlic.

Season with hot paprika, regular paprika, salt, cumin and coriander. Allow to simmer for as long as possible to bring out the flavors.
