- 115 g (½ cup) butter
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 285 g (2¼ cups) all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Filling
- 100 g (1 cup) walnuts
- 60 g (¼ cup + 1 tbsp) sugar
- 1 egg white
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
