You will need:
1 cup (200 g) dry red lentils
1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh water
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp salt
Onion powder, paprika, and turmeric to taste
1-2 Tbsp of oil

- How to store the crackers? Let them fully cool, then store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days. Add a little piece of paper towel inside → absorbs moisture.
