You can cook every morning for school kids! Savory pie aperitif with whatever you find in fridge
I prepared this appetizer pie with what I found in the fridge for children at school and as an appetizer for the whole family. Super delicious lazy pie and very easy to make. In addition, you can vary this pie with various ingredients.

- 4 medium eggs
- salt and pepper
- 200 g(~ 3/4) sour cream or yogurt
- 200 g(~1 3/4 cup) flour/ oat flour
- 10 g(2 teaspoons) baking powder
- 100 g(3.5 oz) cheese
- 100 g sausages/ or ham, chopped vegetables
- green onion
- spinach leaves
- mix seeds for decoration
- bake 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F
