- 10 g vanilla sugar.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 80 g (1/3 cup) melted butter.
- 150 g (2/3 cup) yogurt.
- 200 g (1.5 cups) flour.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 large apple.
- Powdered sugar.
- For greasing the pan:
- Butter.
- 1 tablespoon semolina.
- The diameter of my baking pan is 23 cm.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (356 F) for 35-40 minutes.
