Cake Recipe:

Dry ingredients:

3 Cups of all purpose flour

3 cups of sugar

1 1/2 cups cocoa powder

1 Tbsp baking soda

1 1/2 Tsp baking powder

1 1/2 Tsp Salt

Wet ingredients:

4 Eggs

1 1/2 cups milk ( almond milk) mixed with a Tbsp of vinegar

1 1/2 cups warm water

1/2 Cup of Oil

1 tablespoon of vanilla Extract

Cream Cheese Buttercream

4 sticks of butter/butterine/ margarine/earths balance 32oz

1 cup cocoa powder

1 container of cream cheese- Tofutti to make parve

6 cups of confectioners sugar

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
