🥜 Easy Peanut Butter Cookies | Soft, Buttery & So Delicious!

These homemade peanut butter cookies are rich, buttery, and packed with peanut flavor. They're incredibly easy to make with simple ingredients and have a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee!

📝 Ingredients

60 g (¼ cup + 1 tbsp) granulated sugar

40 g (3 tbsp) brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla sugar

A pinch of salt

1 egg

60 g (¼ cup) unsalted butter, softened

160 g (⅔ cup) crunchy peanut butter

170 g (1⅓ cups + 1 tbsp) all-purpose flour

½ tsp baking powder

Bake at 180°C (350°F) with the convection fan for 10–12 minutes.
