- Chocolate dough:
- 50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g (3 1/2 tbsp) softened butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp milk
- 135 g (about 1 cup + 1 tbsp) all-purpose flour
- 15 g (about 2 tbsp) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut filling:
- 1 egg white
- 45 g (about 1/2 cup) shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- For decoration:
- Honey or your favorite jam
- Ground almonds or shredded coconut
- 🔥 Bake at 180°C (350°F), top and bottom heat, for 14–15 minutes.
