• 200 g white cabbage, finely shredded
• 1 medium carrot, grated
• 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1/4 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1/4 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 red apple, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 40 g bacon, finely chopped
• Dressing
• 60 g mayonnaise
• 50 g plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper

אופן ההכנה

1. Add the white cabbage, carrot, bell peppers, red onion, apple and parsley to a large bowl.
2. Make the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
3. Cook the bacon in a skillet without oil until golden and crispy.
4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and gently toss until well combined.
5. Top with the crispy bacon just before serving.
