🍰 Ingredients:

Pineapple diced 1 cup (165g)

Plain Flour 200g (1 and ⅓ cups)

Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Sugar 150g (¾ cup)

Butter 150g (⅔ cup)

Eggs 3

Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Pineapple juice 120ml (½ cup)

The easy ganache:

White Chocolate 300g

Heavy cream 180ml (¾ cup)

Pineapple pureed 80ml (⅓ cup)

White Chocolate shavings (for decoration)

Measuring cup size - 240ml

Baking pan size 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)

Bake in a preheated Oven at 175c (350f) 30-35 minutes
