Sugar 200g (1 cup)

Lemon zest 1 tablespoon

Butter 110g (1/2 cup)

Vegetable oil 30ml (2 tablespoons)

2 Eggs

Lemon juice 30ml (2 tablespoons)

Plain Flour 190g (1 1/3 cups)

Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Milk 100ml (1/3 cup & 2 tablespoons)

For the drizzle

Icing sugar 50g

Lemon juice 30ml (2 tablespoons)

Baking pan size 21x11x6 cm

Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 40-45 min
